He has undertaken Project Consultancy and Interim Management for Compass Group, Tesco, Unilever, ISS Facility Services, Amey plc, 14forty, Oxford Brookes University, the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew and ASG Corporate Services.
At Oxford Brookes University, as interim Facilities Director, he undertook a year long project where multiple successes were realised to improve the facilities service delivery. At the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew, he undertook a senior interim project role and provided consultancy for a review to re-engineer the FM services. At ASG Corporate Services, he undertook a review of business development activity and presented a Sales Strategy Review and Recommendations report.
